Contract Agreement Overview
Seller retains the right to refuse sale or placement of any puppy to any person for any reason.
Seller (breeder) retains the right to retain any pup male or female for their breeding program at any point they see fit.
Seller reserves the right to retain non-refundable deposit if the buyer backs out of the sale for any reason.
This puppy is guaranteed to be in good health, to the best of the seller’s knowledge. The buyer has 72 hours, from the date of ownership in which to have the puppy checked by a licensed veterinarian. If there is an incurable or adult-life altering health concern, you may return the puppy to us, at your expense, on the day following the vet exam, along with a veterinarian’s statement stating the problem. You will receive a full refund of the purchase price of the pup less any shipping fees and veterinary expenses. (Exclusion: This does not include the presence of parasites and also does not apply to a health problem resulting from an injury or accident. All medical expenses are the sole responsibility of the buyer.) Virus, bacterial and upper respiratory infections, hernias, undescended testicles and parasites (worms/giardia/coccidia), vaccine related reactions are not covered in the health guarantee. Failure to have the puppy checked by a licensed vet within 72 hours will null & void the guarantee. Even if a refund of some type was provided, the remainder of the terms remain in full force and effect.
If the buyer named above chooses to keep the puppy rather than return it they assume all financial responsibility for said dog/puppy.

Seller does not guarantee against color, shading, shedding, size or temperament. It is understood that poodles can carry fading genes which can greatly affect the color a puppy may turn out. Degrees of shedding can also vary greatly within a litter. We also do not guarantee against breed prediction DNA testing results since these tests are still being developed and not reliable to predict breed accuracy due to tests picking up DNA markers from breeds which used to create other breeds. These tests are an educated guess at best therefore we do not guarantee against a certain outcome. We have used only purebred stock to produce our doodle crosses. Breeder has the right to, at any time; decide to stop breeding. In this case, no replacement puppies shall be given and this contract is null and void.
Breeder makes no guarantees regarding the loss of the puppy due to accidental death, theft, sickness due to lack of vaccinations, etc., or any other loss beyond the Breeder’s control except as stated above. Breeder will not refund money in whole or part for any reason other than stated in the guarantee
The original buyer of the dog has the right to a replacement puppy from the next available and comparable litter considering the following criteria have been met:
1. The original buyer must own the puppy and all vet reports and findings must be in the original buyers name.
2. The puppy must not have sired or whelped a litter.
3. The puppy must not be overweight or underweight for the breed.
4. Microchip number must be confirmed and written on report.
5. Buyer must have fed this dog at least 40% Paw Tree dog food and given NuVet Plus supplements for the first 24 months.
6. Spay/neuter before 1-year of age
7. 30-day Trupanion Pet Insurance must have been active 24-hours BEFORE or AFTER the puppy was picked up from our home.
Failure to meet the above stipulations will void the guarantee
It is understood that you will purchase SAFEGUARD dewormer in advance so that you may continue the deworming process once you bring your puppy home to ensure a healthy transition. It is understood that you must deworm your puppy within one week of their arrival home with SAFEGUARD for five-consecutive days. Puppies will need to be dewormed every 10-days until the puppy reaches 16-weeks of age to continue our deworming schedule.
Buyer Agrees to activate their 30-day no obligation Trupanion pet insurance 24-hours before puppy leaves our home.
Buyer agrees to return dog to Seller, or allow Seller to re-home dog/puppy should it become necessary at any point during its life. You got it doods puppies are NOT allowed to be sent to shelters or rescues. Return costs will be the buyers expense and responsibility.
Buyer agrees to maintain this puppy/dog in good health, provide routine preventative health care including, but not limited to, Grooming, Vaccinations, Internal and External Parasites, Heartworm prevention and any other preventative medication Vet feels is needed. Veterinary records must be provided to breeder if requesting refund or replacement. If any of the above preventative care has not been provided, health warranty will be void.
Buyer understands that You Got It doods is not responsible for arrangement of shipping/delivery and offers no guarantees related to shipping/delivery. Buyer is responsible for all costs related to shipping/delivery of the puppy.
Buyer agrees to pick their puppy up on the set pick up date at 8-weeks of age. Any puppies left behind after 8-weeks unless otherwise agreed upon. Failure to pick up your pup or arrange transport by 8-weeks of age will result in forfeiture of the puppy and any monies paid. Seller has the right to sell the pup to another buyer if the person named in this contract fails to collect the puppy.
Buyer understands that puppies picked up in person must be paid for in CASH only. We do not accept electronic payments or checks for puppies that are picked up in person. If you fail to bring cash at pick up you will be charged a $250 service fee if we have to invoice you for electronic payments at pick up.
If puppies must be delivered payment is due by the time puppies turn Six (6) weeks of age. Failure to pay for your puppy by 6-weeks if you are having your puppy delivered will result in forfeiture of your puppy and the deposit. There will be a 3.5% fee added to payments collected electronically.
Buyer understands and agrees that this dog is being sold as “Pet Quality”. This dog is NOT being sold with ANY “Breeding Rights”. If this dog breeds via Natural breeding or Artificial Insemination, buyer agrees to pay You Got It Doods a $5,000 fine within 30 days. Failure to do so will result in lawful collection of fees and all legal costs will be the responsibility of buyer noted in this contract.
Other Agreements: When signing the contract all buyers guarantee that their sole purpose in coming to our property is to buy a puppy & that they are NOT working undercover for HSUS, PETA or any other animal rights extremist group, rescue or any groups affiliated with the sole purpose to end animal ownership & violate the rights of dog breeders. Also that they will NOT give information about our property to any humane society or animal rights organization under penalty of prosecution. The Animal Enterprise Terrorism Act (AETA) is a United States federal law (Pub.L. 109–374; 18 U.S.C. § 43) that prohibits any person from engaging in certain conduct "for the purpose of damaging or interfering with the operations of an animal enterprise. "The statute covers any act that either "damages or causes the loss of any real or personal property" or "places a person in reasonable fear" of injury.
This contract contains the entire agreement between Buyer and the seller and no other statements, agreements or attachments, written or verbal, made by either party that is not contained in this written contract shall be valid or binding and is signed by both parties. If any part of this contract is not legal according to local laws, the rest of the contract shall remain unaffected. If any part of this contract is breached by the Buyer the Seller is released from all further obligations.
Buyer agrees not to attack and or criticize the Seller in private or public emails, phone calls, forums, blogs, social networks and any other type of online media at any time during or subsequent to contract period in a way which brings financial harm or bad name to the Seller. In the case of breach of this clause, the buyer agrees to pay five thousand dollars ($5,000) to the Seller as damages.
The contract & warranty only applies to the original buyer outlined in this contract. If the puppy or dog is sold or transferred to another home the guarantee will be null & void.
In the event of any litigation in connection with this health warranty/contract, by signing this contract, the purchaser agrees to be responsible for breeder’s attorney fees. Venue and jurisdiction for litigation arising out of or related to this contract shall be exclusively in breeder’s current county and state.
